We went Otter Valley Paddle Sports to check out their kayaks, in late summer.We had been looking since mid-summer, for a good quality sit-on kayak, that was affordable. We found exactly what we wanted here, and arranged to pick it up a few days after. We met all the people who worked there, who were so helpful, especially with the loading of the kayak into our van. After 2 weeks of tremendous fun on the water, we returned and bought another kayak there. Excellent customer service, excellent products, and pricing. It’s worth the drive!

The staff are very kind and well organized! Pick up was easy, and they were so helpful in making sure I had all the right equipment for my new kayak. They were not high pressure sales, and really focused on my needs and wants. They provided excellent pricing - better than anywhere else I looked, and were very clear with answering all my questions!
