Friendly staff, quick service, delivered and set it all up, price matched, warranty better than other places, nothing to complain about. Was nice to be able to try out the chairs before purchasing and they have a large selection to try, at least a dozen. Just got the chair; will update the review later on if there's any new info to add (warranty experience, etc.).

Definitely recommend. Went to their showroom (appointment only but was at a convenient time). Tried a few of the models they had out and chose the chair that fit me best. Was delivered within a few days. Very friendly and responsive.

After searching for eons for someone to look at our (very expensive) broken massage chair for our 92-year young mother, we found this company in Ottawa. Their customer service was top-notch - fast and efficient. After sending them photos of the chair, they took the initiative to bring some parts...just in case. Et voilà...a repaired chair and three very happy customers. Thanks so much for going the extra mile for our Mum!

Excellent selection of chairs, it was one of the only places, I could actually go and try massage chairs. They price-matched and the service was excellent.
