Sean Copeland and his team were by far the most professional, compassionate and caring team, and we are so glad that we chose them to assist us through this difficult time. The entire service was organized to a perfection, with the utmost compassion. At no time did we feel that we are just a business for them. On the contrary, we felt as if they are the family or close friends. Sean was the most understanding and accommodating to all of our needs. He was there to help with much more than we thought we needed. Sean, with the calm and caring look, would silently, in the middle of the service or just in passing, tell me that things are going to be ok. This is the skill that cannot be taught.
