The owner is one, if not the most professional, kind natured and driven woman you are going to find in this industry. I highly recommend her services, the dogs all love, respect and listen to her so well! It's always nice to find someone with not only many many years of experience, but also containing all the knowledge one would ever need to know about caring for your dog(s), in a fun, safe and friendly environment!

I will start this review by saying that I have no doubt many families have had a great experience with this service. This review is for my own personal experience but I believe, speaks volumes. I used this service for my family dog, while my parents left the country for a week as our dog would have had to be alone at home for 8 hours. My pup is a charismatic, goofy and bubbly Wheaten! On Day 1 of 5 using this service, we received notice that our pup had slipped out of her collar while on the leash and had run off and they were having trouble catching her as she would start running off anytime they would get near her. With my parents out of town, I left work frantically in the middle of the day to go help Nora and her team catch my dog. When I arrived, thankfully she was safely in Nora's car which was the biggest relief! The interaction that followed is the reason, from my experience, I would never recommend for anyone to trust their pup with this service. Nora accused my family of purposefully not disclosing a misbehavior and purposely loosening the collar in order to force an \escape\. The text read exactly \you loosened the collar so the dog could slip out of its collar\!!!! The dogs we have in our lives are not just animals - they are family. They have character, quirks, personality and feelings. If Nora had approached us with the situation, as it was, I would have understood that it could be nervousness, unfamiliarity with new dogs, new people, and even apologized for the inconvenience that my little one may have caused Nora's routine for her business. This is not how our interaction was - forget \unprofessional\... it was un-human-like, unkind! As one dog lover to another, I did not expect this. This truly left myself and my parents, who were in another country, feeling extremely uncomfortable with the environment we had let our little pup go into. Never, ever again.
Nora and Dave have been going above and beyond for our pup for many years . When I was first referred to Nora we were having some behavioural issues with our doggy and Nora took the time to come into our home and teach us a few things to help correct this behaviour. We’ve recently welcomed a new baby into our home and having Nora there to take the extra pressure off with daily walks has been a godsend . But she doesn’t just walk these doggy’s , she loves on them as if they were her own. Sometimes I wonder if our Avery is upset when he gets dropped off at home because he receives so much love and affection throughout the day with Nora . We’ve affectionately deemed her Avery’s girlfriend and we honestly don’t know how we would make it all work without her helping us out .
Nora and Dave take care of my baby Mika like their own, they have been walking Mika for over a year now and it’s been the best experience ever. She’s exhausted when she’s back from her walks and she loves Nora :)
Nora and Dave took care of our Tulo and did an absolutely incredible job. Tulo would wait at the window for the van and wag her tail furiously when Nora’s blue van would even come around the corner. The dogs in the pack were all so gentle with Tulo (she is only 7 pounds of spunk!) and Nora always made sure that the dogs that go with the pack are nice, socialized, friendly dogs. Nora would come in the door, check her leash and put on her little jacket. She fed her her own weird special treats and carried a little portable house over her shoulder on 8km hikes for her in case she got tired or needed a time out from the bigger dogs. I don’t think Tulo ever needed it (like I said she is spunky!) but it was amazing to think that the little dog house got carried for the better part of a year every day just to make sure she was comfortable in her new pack. This is truly a wonderful family business. Long walks. Hours of pack fun (not just a 30 min leash walk). And Tulo would come home completely exhausted and happy! We moved away and no longer needed the service (I cried when we had to say goodbye) but whenever we go to ottawa we bring Tulo to see Nora and Dave. She runs up the path to the door to see Tulip and the horse and jumps on Nora. My dog has some trust issues from previous experiences with humans and I can tell you that Nora took her time with Tulo, won her over and made us a part of her family.
