Amazing customer service. Usually with alot of kiosks I have had no luck.... but with them they did an amazing job setting me up with a plan that I was very happy with.
Representative was inattentive and distracted. Unresponsive to my issue I'm having with my phone I purchased from them Nov of 2019.
Went in because I'm not getting text messages sometimes. Pretty horrible service with the most lazy suggestions at solving my issue. Ended up leaving more confused. Not happy.
Zero techincal knowledge. Will not refer anyone to go to this place. Its a hassle.
