I think they have a good selection. Brand name but half off. Went in and spent 110 dollars got 2 bags full. Including a lovely purse for 2.50, nice dress shoes for 9.00 , many jeans and leggings, A couple long sleeve shirts and a makeup clinique purse. Very good deal.

The quality items this store has at affordable prices is like no other in the city of Ottawa i would recommend shopping here for all your needs. Wide selection and variety. Staff are friendly and helpful. The books and dvds are always stocked nicely
Medium size location with fair assortment. Staff could do a better job of keeping clothes sorted properly on the racks though, and asking customers to help in that regard. Good parking lot experience. Remember that Value Village is a For Profit professional fundraiser.
Good place to find some toys for kids
Value Village at 1824 Bank St and Walkley is a good thrift store. Thrift stores help recycle clothes and other goods so they can offer value to others before they get thrown out and fill our landfills. Value Village has a wide selection of clothing styles and sizes, books, kitchen ware and an ever changing inventory from donations people give to the store. I have both donated and purchased several treasures from this store. The prices are great and they even offer discount sales once in a while from the already discounted prices. The store also brings in special new inventory clothing and nick nacks for seasonal events, such as Halloween. Thift stores aren't for everyone, but if you need something cheap that could have a designer name then try shopping at this store
