Extremely rude and unprofessional called in to get information and was told within 5 seconds to call back later and they hung up the phone. Immediately called back and the employee in the office did pick up the phone.
I wonder whether there is anyone at this High Commission. I have called to clarify whether I should be paying 60 USD or CAD for the licence certification but for two straight weeks, the calls go to voice mail. I inboxes them via messenger and no feedback to date despite someone reading my message! Can't believe that this happens at a High Commission!
Do they offer services for police certificate at this location, or should i send the documents directly to Interpol in Uganda?
