WARNING: This company is a ghost! Similarly most recent google reviews in 2021, my experience with this company is that they have absolutely zero customer support and no way to contact anyone. I pre-ordered a joystick - Thrustmaster on Feb 3. Credit card charged Feb 4. No communication on shipment delays. However, I did notice they changed the estimated delivery twice on their website. If I did not check, I would have no way of knowing. Multiple emails and attempts to call the company made. Their phone service does not work, it forwards you to their online chat. Which is always offline. They do not reply to emails. Buyers beware! This company takes your money, has no communication, and you may never receive your product. Going through your credit card company for a charge back will likely be faster than waiting for customer rep to respond.

I pre-ordered a Thrustmaster joystick on January 9 2021. They gladly took my money with a shipping date of early Feb. Then sent me an email for a delay till march 15. Now they will not reply to my emails. Their phone doesn’t work. And there stated preferred method of contact is online chat which never works (Says offline). Totally ghosted. Even an update would be nice. I just want my money back now. They say proudly Canadian on their website. I call BS. Avoid this Company I have reached out multiple times through email and you online chat form which none have been answered. You still don't answer the phone and your chat which you say you prefer still does not work.
Hunter Reeve with Trackwerks was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had contacted a lot of the big suppliers in Canada, in regards to a set of sim racing pedals, and they were sold out everywhere. I got the generic responses that offered no help or solution, to a back ordered low-supply part. After I emailed Trackwerks, Hunter responded back right away to let me know he had stock, and they were mine if I wanted them! It's so nice to see real customer service these days.
Wow! What a great looking store! If you are looking for parts for your cars, hit up the amazing guys at Trackwerks. They can get you just about anything. They even have an amazing Simulation area to virtually race, drift or just race around the tracks. Very cool setup.
