The Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus is located at 1053 Carling Ave. It is a very big hospital that dates back to 1924. It serves Eastern Ontario, Western Quebec and Eastern Nunavut. I have found that the doctors, nurses and staff very helpful to me and my family at our times of need. The clinics use up to date technology in their patient care centres and lab technicians offer professional personable service. The hospital can be confusing inside and if you go I recommend you ask for help at the information desk or of the many volunteers stationed at various parts of the hospital. The hospital also has some interesting architecture that you may appreciate when you have time to recover. I appreciate the dedication from those who work so hard in this hospital. We are lucky it is in Ottawa.

Moved my wife from the hospital to the tent. It’s like one big gym with cubicles and bathrooms at the very back for everyone (no grab bars in the bathrooms so good luck if you just had surgery)...not for COVID as they made it seem in the media. My wife just had 7 hour surgery but was doing well so they moved her...She waited 3hrs for a cup of water (yes water) after asking 3 nurses and 2hrs for some Tylenol after it was due. Ontario is officially 3rd world healthcare!!

Seems kind of weird to review a hospital, because usually when you're going there you don't care about much except getting better/healed. That being said, I had to go today to put a finger back in place after I fell and dislocated it sideways at a 90 degree angle. I had a very good experience, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and I appreciate it.

A company depends on staffs and employees. I am very happy with Mark who is manager there. Even though it took time to get my refunds with previous managers, this time Mark solved my problem. I am thankful to him.
