I deposited a certified check in this branch . There is a tailor a younger guy with glasses and black curly hair. He put a 5 days hold on my certified check without my permission. The guy was very rude as well as his branch manager. Do not do banking with TD , their employees are rude, dumb and have no customer service. I closed my bank account with them.

Could and should do a lot better! OK it's a pandemic, but I needed a certified cheque and even though there were only a couple of people in line; we were taking ages to move. When I eventually got inside I found out why. Five teller positions but only *one* adviser working. I asked another adviser (who seemed to be devoted solely to queue management) why so few staff and she responded 'everyone's taking vacation'. Come on TD, step up your game. This is a flagship branch and staff don't just suddenly decide to take vacation; this is known well in advance. I've been with TD for over twenty years now and generally find them very good, but today was so annoying I felt like finding another bank
Absolutely the worst service I have had at any TD bank. Not all branches are great, however, this one is pretty special. In particular the manager is a real creep - Ameer. And Sarah a teller or assistant is about as condescending and rude as they come. Ferna, is excellent and the exception to this group! I wouldn't continue service with this bank, after the way I was treated. They are sneaky. And very inconsiderate when you are dealing with a crisis. The only person willing to assist was Ferna. On a different day, I was in the branch and overhead a representative ask a colored man how long he had been in Canada, many of us waiting to be served and standing at a distance, looked at each other absolutely appalled by the lack of discreetness. If you must bank here, avoid Sarah and Ameer. Deplorable behavior.
Very rude staff. Found them to be dishonest and unhelpful. I would not use this branch in the future. Similar to someone else who commented on Sarah I agree, not a helpful person and was unwilling to explain any banking details and asked me to return another day when I had been asked to come in specifically that day. I am busy and don't have time for running back and forth when I need assistance with an urgent matter. Avoid.
Very different from other branches. I like the staff and atmosphere. Almost always no line and greeted by friendly smiling staff members. I enjoy banking with TD.
