Over 5 months later. Still no passport. No communication. No apologies. They made the mistake but they won’t admit it. You’d think they were doing you a favour when you paid, spent your time and hard earned money for a service they were meant to provide. Thank you for making this a terrible experience. I can’t travel, I have no passport and I spent over 1000 dollars for this service.

They've been not been responsive regarding the new passport - super frustrating. Called several times, sent emails regarding my travel. Was told would take min 3 wks but now its 4 months without passport.
