horrible firm. Work not up to expectations, hidden fees. For instance, I prepaid 6.000 on a job, which included al taxes. The job was done in a rush and below standards, and 6 months later I was billed for taxes, when I was guaranteed they were included in our initial deal. So much for being a good client that pays the whole balance before a job starts... After many years dealing with great firms in Ottawa, I must say this one truly stands out for being by far the worse.
