First time ordering from here and I really enjoyed it. The pizza wasn’t overly heavy and greasy like some pizza places in Ottawa tend to be. The prices are also really good. I ordered online and got a large pizza with 3 garlic dipping sauces and 3 cans of pop for like 23-24 dollars. The garlic sauce I wasn’t a fan of but would order from here again. Updated: ordered form here tonight and the pizza was so under cooked. Changed rating from 4 to 3 stars.

Uber eats absolutely destroyed my pizza... I know I put pineapple on it but my god don't throw it on the ground. Called the restaurant and after talking to two people they just said that's not our problem no apology or anything. Terrible customer service. Good pizza but get new help to answer the phones before you loose your customers.
Giving Reginos a one star based on their customer service . I pre-ordered my order (2 X-large pizza) and arrived at the designated time. When I announced myself, I was greeted with a blank look, they forgot to make my pizza. The person in charge, Rob, told me to come back in 10 minutes. No apologies, just that he will hurry to make my order. Went outside at a nice minus fourteen and waited in my car. Twelve minutes later, I returned and ask Rob if he could sweeten the deal. His answer was abrupt, why, you just had to wait 10 minutes. Again no apologies and proceeded through my payment. The final straw for me to write this review is that Rob in his rush to complete my pizza is that he forgot one item on one of the pizza. Double whammy against me on this visit.
Delicious pizza that is much better than the other big brand pizza franchises in Ottawa. Great deals, cheap pizza, large sizes, well worth the money paid. They are very generous with the toppings and cheese!
I love their pizza, it’s delicious, cheap. The place is very clean and the guys there are nice and very professional. I used to live nearby so I was ordering often from there and now I live 30min away but I’m still ordering via Uber eats to get my pepperoni halal pizza. I would recommend definitely!!
