Imagine my surprise when I got a letter from this company saying my home insurance is past due and this is my final reminder "there will be no further correspondence or phone calls". That would be great except I never received ANY correspondence or phone calls prior to this "final notice" at all. Not the first negative experience I've had with the company. Moved to Folgizan for the rest of my insurance, think I will be moving my home insurance there too.

This company could not answer a simple basic question of how much ins. would cost on a house without me giving them all kinds of information that has absolutely nothing to do home ins. I went to another company and they answered my question within minutes without having to know where I work, my birthday, my credit history, and so on. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would have.
