First time window blinds buyer here - I bought the blinds from Randall's. Overall experience wasn't as enjoyable that I would have hoped for. The visit for the quote and installation went well - no complains there. However, all questions we had regarding the purchase and delivery of the blinds (again first time buying blinds) we're met with a condescending almost non-response by the store staff. I really had the sense that there was zero interest in retaining me as a customer after the purchase - hence why this was the first and last time i'm buying blind from there.

I really appreciate the knowledgeable staff at Randall's. They helped me plan colour patterns in my home, suggested solutions to painting projects I have worked on and the paint they carry is way better than the cheap Behr stuff found at Home Depot
I went to Home Depot to try 3 different sample colors from their Behr online choices and none of them met my expectations. They were a waste of money. I brought a piece of material to Randalls showing them the color I wanted and they brought me samples outside since we can not go into any stores. The first sample on top of the pile was an exact match and the entire transaction didnt take any longer than 10 minutes. I regret not going there in the first place. They are expensive but their service is always AWESOME. Thank you so much.
I have been to many stores in Ottawa in the 20ish years that I have lived here, from Toronto, and I must say that ithe store is GREAT! Been there many times for paint and other things. The staff are always polite and helpful. Their products are also top of the line. Thanks to them and there paints.My rental looks wonderful. Since the walls were not painted in over thirteen, years because of what the super told me. I needed to freshen the place up. They also have paint that is discount prices since past customers must have changed their minds about buying, so do not be shy to ask to see those cans. I used them and they worked just as well as the ones for full price. See them again in the future for products.
