Lubna is not an ordinary pharmacist, she takes the time to get to know her patients and goes above and beyond to tailor her care individually to each patient. The place is so neat and clean. Dr. Lubna was very welcoming, She helped/assisted me choosing some gloves and some hand sanitizers (top quality). If you are looking for such product you will definitely find them at her pharmacy and much more. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately our experience with promed was very very poor. Our order was supposed to be ready in two days, we got one call saying they would call me when ready, after that we never heard back. It then took 4 visits to finally get out order. Would not recommend, specially if you need it right away.

Very unprofessional and not understanding. I pickup meds for my 89 year old father from here, I stopped coming because sometimes they make things harder than they need to be, or because they are always short on their meds, or because of human error after technical error after unknown error. They really need to get their business in order, a pharmacy can't be run like this in Canada.
