Be cautious with this company to not to get put down from enjoying the ride. The company overbooks boats and once filled up, they ask next set of people to not to board. While booking slots online, it definitely shows number of vacant seats however situation on the ground lies different. This has happened to us. My feel is that they are taking people without booking and present at the time to start first knowing that the folks who booked online would eventually either move to next available slots or get refund. Meaning they are either going to earn more or not going to make loss. One more caution - refund process goes over email and could take like 10 days. Folks present at the docking station are always clueless.
