Waited allmost 2 our for 2 box of tile they had in stock and it wasnt really busy

Very poor and rude customer service by phone and at the front desk. No courtesy to listen to what the customer is requesting. I checked on Google for Hours of Operation. It indicated 6 days a week, Sunday to Friday; Sunday from 11-:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. I drove half an hour to get there to buy one bag of grout, as I had bought a specific grout from there on a previous date and was unexpectedly short a bag during the work. When I arrived, I was told that only the showroom was open and that no grout could be sold from the warehouse. First, the opening hours should be indicated clearly to customers on Google so as not to waste their time and trouble them to commute there for no reason. Second, since the Hours of Operation were not indicated clearly on Google , they should have accommodated my request and helped me out as their loyal customer. It was urgent since my contractor was finishing up the backsplash in my home and had only a small area left to finish and needed that one simple bag of grout. Very disappointed with Olympia Tile.
Friend recommended this place for tile for my kitchen. Fabulous display. Huge selection and helpful staff.
Terrible pick up experience... 45 minutes no body even said hi. In the end, I had to leave for work so , thank you Olympia for waisting 1 hour of my life.
Raiting is only based on the showroom and options. Just buying the tiles so can't say much about their longterm quality but good place to go shopping for tiles. They let you take samples as well.
