One of my favorite spots to shop for vitamins, natural oils, diffuser oils, and caffeine free teas. I usually shopped at the 3 nutrition shops at Rideau, St Laurent and at Billings Bridge. The price is affordable. It is worth it for your health and the customer service is great.

After hours and hours of shopping during Black Friday, I went in as a last stop and was quite frankly very impressed with the service. Despite their being incredibly busy, the salesperson took his time with me, making sure to answer every single one of my questions. Thanks again to whoever had helped me!

The most awful experience I have ever had in Canada. A couple of days ago I was there for buy a shaker. Just a few hours after I bought that, realized that it is broken. When got back to store for return it, the man who was working there didn't accept that. I explained him that the shaker is broken and even asked for replace, he refused . STRONGLY recommend NEVER buy from that store, buying from them equals of wasting not only money but also your valuable time/

If the employees of the store are not appreciating customers' loyalty, I think the business will go bankrupt very quickly. Time will tell trust me. I wish the CEO of the company can see this message. I had very bad shopping experience with Nutrition House at Rideau centre for my first time. I bought few bottles of supplements for my dad's joint pain, and I asked them whether the supplements have a longer expiration date. They said to me we did not have anything at back. The second day I came back to the store and found out that they have supplements with newer expiration date. The employees will lie to all the customers and if they spotted you purchasing something, they would hide it. It is very interesting. The employees lie to the customers and hide supplements. The employees will try to persuade you with a discount and suddenly tell you that it will be final sale. To be honest, I do not think this business is going to keep going forward if they keep operating like this. They treat customers like one time transaction. I will definitely not go back there and make my second purchase. I just told them that you just lost a very good customer, and the employees laughed at me back. They did not care about their customers at all. I suggest people who is reading this to go to Shoppers to buy supplements in the future. Nutrition House Rideau location put products that will expire within one year and sell them much more expensive than any other drug stores in Canada.
