Crappy admin/management. My child's teacher left the academy plus they can't give us a better schedule so we decided we won't be continuing with them after my child has taken the last two paid sessions. First, they tried to move us from our present schedule because somebody else already wants/paid to take my child's spot. The girl on the phone said we no longer have priority over our original schedule since we are no longer continuing with the academy. Wow. Didn't we pay for these lessons on the given and agreed upon schedule? Second, on my child's last session another kid was included and was taught in the same class so they did beginner lessons that my child already knew. Wow. Didn't we pay for one-on-one lessons? And to me, that last lesson was a write off. As you can see, this academy is more interested in money than teaching music. Very unprofessional. Very unethical. Look elsewhere. I will never recommend this academy to anyone.
