This store provided the best service I've had at Moores before, entirely thanks to Brigitte. I definitely plan to continue coming back in the future. If you do go here, ask for her and she'll set you on the right path. She's a good salesperson in that she'll connect you with items you need and end up liking.

Walked in with an appointment for a wedding. The manager Natasha started immediately trying to sell us 700 custom suits. When we said we wanted to rent she opted to show us only the 3 suits they had in store and refrained from telling us about a catalog, this type sales tactic is so common in places where they make commission. We were about to leave but thankfully we came across the catalog. The staff there was great though, just the manager seemed to be only interested in making a big sale.
The worst, shabbiest, and rude staff. Felt very unwelcome. The second time out of three where I came in with an idea to buy a new suit for seperate formal events, and left because the person serving us was rude and had obvious and unsettling hygiene. On our way to Brooks Brothers instead. Will not return. After reading the review, the staff were responsive. Called us to apologize and made an effort, training their staff to use body positive language. Definitely saved a customer, thank you Brigitte.
