I hate using this dealer, I really wish someone would open another mini dealer. This place is horrible. When I call to order parts I can never get through and they don't return calls. Then when you do finally get through, and order parts and send someone there, we are told we have to wait an hour for someone to be able to get the parts from the parts dept. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Entire staff are excellent. Came in with a small issue (Reset tire pressure sensor) after the service department had closed on a Friday. Chris, the Parts Manager, who was leaving at the time offered to fix my issue, off the clock and for free. If that's not dedication and customer service, I don't know what is.
