Went to Microgreens for the first time today. I won a variety pack off Blast The Radio, and my family and I were so impressed with the owners service and product we bought another. My kids loved the samples we were given which is huge since they are not vegetable eaters. Will definitely be back.

Jace is a great guy, and a passionate producer of quality microgreens. He will answer your questions, and talk you through the wide variety of greens he has available. I have been back many times and love his products. It is local, it is healthy, it is delicious. Great to have in the neighbourhood.
Anyone who enjoys healthy smoothies in the morning or throughout the day, try these in place of spinach and other greens, get a different nutritional benefit each day, and you don't need to mask the flavor like some greens, they taste good!
I recently started adding microgreens (broccoli) to my shakes because I encountered some health problems and had read about the super-nutrient properties of microgreens. I didn't really notice anything until I fell behind on my groceries and stopped the shakes for about 3 weeks. My energy tanked dramatically. I started chasing carbs, and my sugar cravings were so high. I couldn't figure out why my energy (and everything that goes with it- mental health, motivation, etc.) was so low. I went back to see Jace (awesome guy, awesome store) and got my tray of greens that lasts me about 2 weeks. I got home and made a shake and I could not believe how good I felt, almost immediately. I was jittery from over-caffeinating that morning, and 15 minutes after my shake, the jitters were gone and any blahness I felt was too. I'm not big into \magic bullet\ health promises, but my body is definitely thanking me for the greens again. I have cancer, and people have marveled at my energy levels and how much I have bounced back from treatment. With or without cancer, this will be a diet staple because it's a quick and easy way to pack a lot of nutrients into my day. Since reintroducing them, my energy is back up, and my cravings (and the bad cyclical stuff that happens with those cravings) are gone. Can't say enough good things about this place and the positive health benefits of these magical sprouts.
