I think the main office of Medigas is in Ottawa and I think they should look into the office in Hamilton. They have the worst customer service ever. I paid for filters 4 weeks ago and I still don't have it. They told me they will call me when the mask arrives and I am still waiting. In the meantime I don't have a good sleep because if this.... What do I do? Very frustraiting

Extremely friendly and patient. I dealt with Ashley at this location on almost a dozen visits as she was always pleasant and full of good information. Age was also very empathetic to the challenges in growing accustomed to cpap therapy. Would recommend this location!
