Thank you James for yesterday , I was a angry customer, due to the other company who did not even bother to show up I wont mention a name . My wife who wanted to spend money on other things was against buying a new lawn .Nevertheless not taking my info seriously . BIG thanks James for coming and winning us over, I put my info into 3 companies online. One did not bother to show up 1 your competitor emailed and called and sent a guy here we said NO thank you. So we had given up until you called and suggested a meeting They are building townhouses as you know up the street and until its finished, the end of July time frame as your install was based on weather. In short I am glad we found someone like yourself rare these days You helped convince my wife, worked and helped us and understood our budget and worked out a design that fit, and your a professional . With high winds, and rain pouring you came and did what no one today would do. I will be contacting the Better business bureau and giving you the highest rating Your efficient, trustworthy and presented a high level of standard That is no match for any of your competitors I would highly recommend MCD Lawn Care for any of the services they provide ! I tried mcd after the awesome sales pitch James had provided. He did warn me that getting my lawn looking decent wouldn't be easy (he said probably 7/10 in terms of how much lawn damage existed). After several months of effort, over 1k in products and a few small snafus in setting appointments, the lawn was still looking really rough and sad. I ended up needing to do another reseed on my own and pulled up significant crab grass with the help of my neighbor. Overall I would say the company was friendly but pricey for what they offered. I would also advise that you may need to put in significant work if your lawn is in rough shape as the grass they used struggled a bit during drought times (not completely surprised) and I had to pull up a LOT of crabgrass even after they applied weed control.

MCD JAMES THANK YOU I have been a MCD Customer for 2 years , I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent advice you provided on Monday @ our home. But to go even further. Thank you James for doing something today that's extraordinary I wear glasses and I have 1 eye that's a prosthetic since my teenage years, I have Craniofacial prostheses in my left eye While I was working in my garage on Monday and James and I spoke of the upcoming season I must have put down my glasses prior to his visit somewhere and as we spoke in detail and we where almost finish I could not find them . I am pretty sure I left them some where. James spent close to an hour looking for them. He went beyond the norm, helped me back into my house since my wife was not there to assist and close to an hour later knock on my side door and had the glasses in hand. James I cant thank you enough , not only are you professional but you're a gentleman . James I am so Impressed my wife and I can't begin to thank you enough. What a remarkable person and company. I must say James your a pro at convincing us. I must say a few words about yesterdays visit. James, you are very professional, true to your word, meticulous, measuring exactly and walking our property. You well informed us on the care for our lawn to get the best long term outcome. Past experience with other contractors had prepared me to be somewhat underwhelmed . Not with James he and excellent follow-through on all aspects of the job and explanation.
