I came to work for MCA right after I completed my Assisting course at Algonquin in 2016. I have always been appreciative of the opportunity that they gave me back then, it's not easy for a new grad to find work when every office wants 2 years of experience. I have worked across a few of the offices owned by MCA and each one has a collection of unique and wonderful characters. In all those times I never once felt unwelcome, this is due to the family atmosphere that MCA strives to create in each of its offices. Having worked with the CDO, Dr Mark McCullough, I have seen firsthand how passionately he cares about what he does and the care for each of his patients. This is reflective of MCA as a whole. If you work hard and put in the effort, it definitely gets noticed. Everyone at head office takes the time to listen to the suggestions, complaints and queries from its offices. I have enjoyed my years of working for them and hope to continue for many more years to come.
