Well, Our first new car purchase. Amazing experience from start to finish. They had the only 2020 Ford Expedition with the stealth package left in the city. Started by calling and spoke to Dave the sales manager. He set me up to see the vehicle with Darius. Can't say enough about Darius and his great customer care, he had the car already set up for a test drive before we got there, after the drive he felt that we weren't sure about the sheer size of the vehicle so he set us up to take the Explorer ST out within minutes. Ultimately we needed the bigger car and decided to go with the Expedition. A lot of give and take at this dealership. From feeling like we got a fair value for our trade in to getting the adequate discount on the new car the whole process was great. Not only was the process great we bought the car on a Wednesday and they had it delivered rust proofed and paint protection completed 2 days later. Again kudos to this dealership and especially Darius who has already called me to check up on us and how like the car so far. Highly recommended!

We bought a 2016 Ford Focus at Lincoln Heights in December 2020 and received excellent costumer service. Mo and the whole team at Lincoln Heights were extremely helpful and nice. We live in Quebec so they took care of the Quebec safety check and even licensing for us which we greatly appreciated. The car was ready when we came to pick it up and everything was up to par. They offer great after-sale customer care as well. We are very happy with our purchase and enjoyed the whole experience. we highly recommend it!

Got my leased car 2019 Ford Escape, from this dealership back in spring 2019. They wasn't pressuring me at all nor forced me to make the security deposit right away. Also, this dealership does provided me with excellent customer service as well. Fully protected my rights. Primarily, my salesman Clark Li explained every step of the process to me clearly, and he made sure there was no misunderstanding at all. Plus, Clark never forced me to decide right away; instead, Clark provided the best solution and the options for leasing the vehicle that I wanted. !The sales team and the management team actually do their work and provide the help customers needed!
