My credit card was charged after cancelling the reservations 1 day before the trips. claims free cancellation up to 3 hours before the trips. Their reservation website listed the reservations as cancelled. I took screenshots. But when I checked my credit card statements I noticed I had been charged for the trips and now the website shows the trips as completed!!
