Amazing service! When I brought my son for the first time to try on his first pair of shoes, service was great and there was no pressure, he got to walk around the store and explore walking in shoes. Since I've bought all my son's shoes here and will continue as they're helpful, they answer your questions, and in such uncertain circumstances, I've had my order delivered same day in Ottawa. We had the store to ourselves by appointment. Elena was patient and very helpful as we tried several pairs of sandals on my 22 month old daughter. Masks were worn and plexiglass was installed to keep everyone safe. Fantastic experience.
