We contacted Junk That Funk on Friday afternoon, and had a 9am appointment on Monday. The guys called ahead to let us know they were on the way, offered flexible payment options (even offering to take cash during Covid!). Upon arrival, they inspected our removal (recliner sofa), and the path out to check for fit and disassembly requirements, and were conscious of ensuring no bumps or scrapes to the walls on the way out. Interactions were courteous and professional, I would happily call again when we need something removed.

Matt and Mitch were great! Very professional and very polite and kind. We had 4 different properties to visit in a day and they were very fast and efficient. They explained everything and were up front with all cost that might be extra. We will definitely use them again!
Wow! What an amazing experience in customer service. I sent emails out to several highly-rated junk removal companies and none came anywhere near Junk That Funk. Junk That Funk replied quickly to my request for information and while the others gave the impression that they were content to let front-end software do their work for them, a real person - Cory - from Junk That Funk got back to me right away and kept me posted EVERY STEP along the way. An appointment time was arranged with me, not assigned by them. I received a call to advise me of when the truck was 30 minutes away. The truck was a few minutes late and the guys apologized, there was a nasty accident at a major intersection and the main access roads were closed (I can tell you, the roads were closed for hours.) They had had to take an alternate route. I live in the country, alternate routes are seldom direct. The men were pleasant, calm and VERY respectful and careful in my home. They were immaculately dressed and even their truck and trailer were immaculate. This is clearly a group of people who care. This is also a local company, so giving them my business was supporting my neighbours and my local economy. Fantastic all the way around.
