I was back at the dealership from last week's visit. Jean Marc, the Service Advisor, truly impressed me with his integrity and honesty. He dealt with an issue calling me back and will have the dealership follow up on an issue with our vehicle that I had missed or let pass. I so much appreciated his dedication to delivering on service excellence. I have to say this dealership has great staff. It is equally evident with Jean Marc having worked there over decades. Outstanding! (Last week) The service at this dealership is excellent. From the buying experience to service and parts. The Service section goes well above and beyond!

I always have the greatest experience at Jim Tubman Chevrolet and the staff there are simply Rock Stars! It doesn’t matter if your Joe nobody, they’ll role out the red carpet for you and give you that special VIP treatment. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2007 and I’ve also purchased 6 cars from them over the years. I always receive exceptional service from Jean-Marc in the service department and the other service team members are absolutely fantastic. Ryan McNamara is the best sales & leasing consultant in my book and Ryan has gone way above the call of duty by keeping me informed of my many purchases and has done an outstanding job at meeting my family’s vehicle needs. I absolutely adore this dealership for their professionalism and honesty within this industry.

Very impressed with both of my recent experiences at Tubman’s. I had to take my truck in due to stalling... among other issues. I had spend a lot of time tracing and searching but couldn’t diagnose the problem myself. They were able to locate and fix the problem within a few hours. They even found a way to save me a bunch on money on the repair. They could’ve just sold me a new part at full price and it still would’ve fixed it. But I think it showed a lot of integrity, experience and honesty that they came foreword with a better solution. They’re staff is kind and professional. They also brought to my attention a factory recall on my truck so I set up an appointment and brought it in. They told me it would be a certain amount of time and i got a phone call that they were done in half of that time. I was very happy. I miss when people in service handled themselves this way. I will definitely be back. Happy to have found them.

Ted Smith was the best salesperson I ever dealt with. From the minute we reached out to the final deal he was always very pleasant, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and was very friendly and honest. He really works for the customer. It was the best service we’ve gotten from any salesperson in a long time and we highly recommend him. He was recommended to us and we don’t regret that decision.
