Dropped off my daughters Macbook Pro as it had a black sceen... computer had been taken to the Apple Store, my daughter was told it needed a new hard drive or motherboard (600 to 800 was the Apple quote and that it probably wasn’t worth fixing, according to Apple). The technician here said “leave your computer and i will run diagnostics”. Great, a few days later i picked up the computer, was told that for now the computer is running and that if it acts up again to bring it back that it is probable the hard drive... No charge for the work! Wow!!! What an honest business... i totally trust this company, and technician. I have been a customer for five or more years (at the Lincoln Fields location). Honest, professional, very good prices. Highly recommend this business!
My first experience with this new store near my place was great. I took my laptop. I was not sure what the problem exactly was. Also, I was in a rush, but to my luck, the guy there literally identified the cause and helped me immediately. I also saw he was so responsive to the customers' concerns. He took his time helping the elderly with patience.
2 tech tried to repair/replace my motherboard on a MacBookPro, he was the 3rd one and succeed! Best service! They called me at every step... Apple Store service have serious competition with this guy! Best quality/service/price ever!!!
