My car had been involved in a hit and run earlier in 2020. My insurance company directed me to their preferred shop and my car was never fixed properly which ultimately led to me losing control and Getting into a massive accident. For months the second place I was sent to by insurance estimates the damage at 7 thousand dollars and that was just an estimate and then they changed their minds I took My car to an actual dealer whom also Refused unless they were given 5 thousand cash upfront and was also advised that it was an estimate only so I decided to call around on my own. Just one phone conversation and I was completely comfortable. Sean talked step by step with me and legitimately made me feel at ease. Every week I was updated and pictures were sent. All Parts replaced were shown to me either by pictures or in person! This man does what he actually says and goes beyond. When I went to pick up my car I was in disbelief. He waxed it outside all my tires were replaced all my tire rims were fixed and he detailed inside and shampooed it my car was like brand new! Those were extra touches he did on his own, besides repairing the completely destroyed front end. I have already told several people about him and I can only pray that this man gets the business he deserves I never knew people like this still existed and after being screwed by my own insurance company and the places they sent me too I was very discouraged! If you are looking to repair your car leave it at Impact Auto it will be the best decision you ever make! Thank you again Sean and the rest of your team! I am so grateful and will never go anywhere else again! Amazing work!

Awful sad excuse of a paint shop, everything about Impact auto body raises red flags. Misleading, very unorganized, it looks like a zoo inside out, and the owner Shaheen (Shawn) is extremely shady. You cant fake the truth go in and see for yourself. The reviews are clearly all made up, google pictures are not even inside their shop, the place is a nightmare!

You won’t be disappointed by the fair prices, friendly staff, and quality work! We couldn’t be happier! Sean was incredible - even giving daily updates and pictures of what they were working on. The quote was cheaper than the rest we had &, despite the fact that more work was added to the order, they still managed to get everything done in the time quoted originally. A small business with genuinely good people who are skilled at their work! We’ll definitely be returning!!!
Terrible one that I had a very bad experience with. After several months the painted area is rusted again! The misleading nice photos posted are not taken from this body shop, which is very dirty and messy!
