Well what can you say about IKEA that most everyone doesn’t know. I will express my views with help from my iPhone 11 Pro camera. I hope you enjoy the pictures and enjoy shopping here as much as I do :)

IKEA's click and collect service is improving. They've created a better app for letting therm know you're ready top pick up your order. Service was fast and friendly! Love IKEA!

This brand appears to value money over customer service / reputation and may not be worth your time or hard earned money. The quality of their customer service can be best compared to the majority of products they sell - cheap, artificial, and highly disposable. I came into the Ottawa store on Wednesday March 10, 2021 to pick up a piece for a bed frame that recently snapped on me. My purchase was out of warranty, but the product I needed was still in stock at the store. I was willing and offered to pay for the part that I needed. Unlike most stores who are concerned about their customers' experiences, this store was more interested in having the part available to sell to another potential customer, rather than make an existing customer happy with their products. I was informed by the associate that there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that this was more of a choice than anything else. Reconsider any decision to spend significant amounts of money with this store - if you run into problems you will be disappointed with the results. There are plenty of other places (with better policies) where you can purchase mass-produced, imported, disposable furniture...

RACISM AT IKEA OTTAWA : First time ever experienced this in Ikea. Today at cash 8 checkout, Caucasian family is not asked to move away from cart while Cashier scans items, then we all are waiting patiently while Caucasian family comfortably packs cart. Then Cashier motions for us,visible minority, to stand far away from our cart & her cash or she won't come out. After check out, she tells us to move away to see our receipt cause she has to take the next customer, although we were already outside the check out area. Supervisor Hailey listened to our complain, said \thank you\ & walked away ! No 'sorry' or resolution was offered from Supervisor. Just experienced racism twice within minutes.

HUGE! Prepare yourself to do lots of walking! Luckily there is lots of benches and chairs for a quick break. Great place for cheap furnitures and to enlightening your mind for future projects.
