What a joke. They have an anonymous grading system where the client grades you 1-5 stars depending on your performance. Hyre posts the grade of a shift without any transparency and you are supposed to trust the rating is accurate. Hyre deliberately lowers the rating so they can pay you less and pockets the difference. Don’t waste your time. Work for a reputable company.
