This is a Sri Lankan Buddhist temple mainly serving the Sri Lankan Buddhist community in the greater Ottawa region. There are many resident monks who you can reach and speak to regarding spirituality, philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, counselling amongst many other topics. This location is very peaceful and there is enough parking in and around the temple.
