Usually dealing with governmental organisations is an utterly painful experience which often leads to little information yielded and a lot of time wasted. This was not the case with the T&T High Commission. When I made an error on an application, I received a call clearly advising me what my options were and a genuine offer for assistance was made. When I had to call the commission; after a brief hold and short automated message, I spoke to a kind, professional HUMAN who took my relevant information, explained why she was asking for it and promptly transferred me to another kind HUMAN who was able to assist me. Within 5 minutes I had clear answers to my query and knew what had to be done. EXCELLENT experience.
