These people ROCK! Had a 1TB drive that was dropped 10 years ago. Left it on the shelf until I had the . Fast turn around, when I finally sent it for recovery. Almost 99.8% of the data recovered. 100% of what I cared about for my photo work and memories of my three children on that drive! Memories going back to 1998.. BRAVO gentleman. I now recommend you to Lifemark staff that fall into a similar hole. :)
As an IT service provider in Switzerland, we have been looking for a partner over the last 2 years who can take over our more difficult data recovery cases. 64gb media card failed after a lifetime trip to Yellowstone. The staff was wonderful with clear communication, ease in process, and timely turnaround. Even a follow up after I received images - amazing customer service. I am extremely pleased with HDD in all ways and happily recommend them.
We can't thank HDD Recovery Services enough for saving 4TB of photos and videos of our adventures. As marine biologists, currently sailing around the world, storing images are a challenge and accessing technical support is even more of a challenge. Our main 4TB external hard drive was dropped, rendering it useless, when we were in French Polynesia. We were able to send the hard drive back to Canada where Erkin took over taking care of the shipping and recovery of the file. Erkin also kept us posted on the progress of the work he was doing recovering the files. Once again, Erkin saved our precious memories !!!! Thank you Erkin for the wonderful job you've done !!! I had a 256GB USB drive fail, it contained a lot of important data. I contacted two companies, one told me the drive was "fried" and the other told me that it would be a "a class project and cost 1200.00 to repair and recover. HDD located the data and recovered it for a third of the cost. Payment and retrieving the data were easy. Great service.
