I work for a commercial Millwork Company and i called for some prices on 4/4 and 8/4 Lumber spoke to 4 different people. when i was told i don'tt have an account which is strange as ive bought lumber from them before in the past i said I'll guess ill just order from McFadden's or Richelieu. Where the man proceeded to replay by saying \ PERFECT\ un- believable. i spend over 150 THOUSAND DOLLARS ON rough lumber a year. That man should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about lazy workers that don't care about selling lumber and making their comp[any money or getting new customers. I would expect this from a lazy minimum wage millennial not from some 50 year old male!!!
They were nice enough and 11 out of 12 boxes were not ruined. That's a step up from the other Goodfellow warehouses I dealt with.
At this time I cannot rate the product since I have not received it. It has been over 8 weeks since I have ordered and I am told it will be another 2 weeks maybe. When I called the 3091 Albion Rd N, location in Ottawa the sales rep did not seem to care in the least.
