Worst customer service I've ever seen. Customer service from Jesse was like listening to nails on a chalk board. Totally unprofessional from the ground up (seemed almost drunk). Jesse said he would inquire into my issues and never called back. Had to call back numerous times to get an answer. One of the laziest companies I've ever seen and I will not be returning. So many other companies provide there services with better prices and customer care. Don't be fooled by this greenwashing company.

Great organization committed to making a positive environmental impact and having happy customers. They are incredibly friendly, resourceful and professional. I was attracted to GoJava for their coffee pod recycling, but they hooked me with their water coolers, next day delivery and snacks! I would 100% recommend to any office of any size.
Our business has been ordering our coffee and occasional snacks from GoJava Ottawa for a while now and they are a pleasure to work with. Always provide great service and always deliver on time.
