Great teachers and friendly environment! Don't be discouraged, go and try it out! If you want to learn boxing or lose weight even both. What is their to lose? First class is free!
My four children take lessons here, and LOVE it! They are great with kids, and even though the workout is tough they are always excited for class!
They have great equipment and coaches but untrustworthy when it comes to memberships. I bought a 12 month membership on April 29, 2019 and told them I want it to start 2 months after purchase date and he said it was fine. Today I checked when the membership ends and not only did he forget to make it start on June, he also told me that the membership ends on April 2ND, 2020; TWENTY SEVEN DAYS SHORT. They refused to fix it because \there is still plenty of time till April 2020\. THREE MONTHS lost for an error and they refused to fix it.
Been going here for....ever. Best boxing gym in Ottawa. Eric has put Ottawa boxing on the map. Many pros come here to train, but they also have great kids programs and programs for novice to amateur. If you want to box, go here.
