I went in to Enviro Trends (Chatters) for the first time to turn my grey hair back to blonde. Dianne was my stylist. She was spectacular. She not only turned my mousy grey hair back to a beautiful platinum, she did it with care and professionalism. She was extremely pleasant and very patient with my obvious trepidation. I will definitely be going back to Chatters but more so, back to Dianne for my touch ups and future hair trims.

I went to see Jen for a balayage. Never in my life have I been so happy with my hair when leaving a salon. It turned out way better than I could have even hoped. I would definitely recommend Jen for all your hair needs. 5 stars, will be back :)

My husband and I recently visited Ottawa and while he was seeing clients I decided to get my hair cut to kill some time. I was assigned an older lady who told me shes been cutting hair for many years and that she was so happy I came in, apparently I made her day. She was "going to transform my life with my new haircut" So much fake flattery, very insincere. I would have preferred she said nothing. Needless to say my life wasnt transformed. I left very disappointed. Didnt get the cut I wanted, got the cut she wanted, and it was very uneven She hurried me out of the chair to move on to her next appointment. Very unprofessional. Very expensive for what I got that's for sure. Very very disappointed. Will not be back and recommend others take care.

Great Service with low price! The hairdressers and beauticians are nice, polite and courteous. Asks the clients about their requirements and suggest what is good for the clients in terms of look and money. I recommend that you go there once and check it yourself! You might become a permanent patron for them!!

Everything was wonderful. I went in for a trim and a style for my Christmas party and Dianne worked some magic and made me not only look amazing, but I also felt amazing. She was so great. She is definitely the only one that I am going to see any time I need to get my hair done.

I went to the salon with long wavy hair, as I normally wear it, and asked for a trim (including trimming existing layers at the back and existing face framing layers). My stylist, who claimed to have years of experience, got rid of all the back layers and completely butchered the face framing layers (it looks like she cut off a chunk of hair). After cutting my hair, she immediately started curling my hair so I couldn’t see how badly she had hacked the face framing layers and that she had gotten rid of the back layers. I am shocked at how a stylist who claims to be very experienced messes up a haircut this badly. I am planning to grow out the terrible front layers and visit another salon to fix her mess.
