Not busy at all. The staff member was super helpful, and took 2 minutes out of her day to answer a few basic questions I had. Truly above and beyond for an embassy. It really is on the 20th floor– only the elevators on the left go that far up though.

The best embassy I dealt with related to visa applications. I have been to the embassies of USA, UK, Brazil and the Netherlands in Canada recently and the best service was offered by the Netherlands embassy without a doubt. They treated me as a person they would want to welcome to their country, not as a person they are suspicions about. I had to work with a very tight timeline and had to get my visa exactly by 10 days.
