Maintenance staff need more training on how to conduct themselves professionally ie: Properly cleaning up any mess made after a work-order within a tenants unit. -1 star no pre-screening of tenants. Garbage/cardboard disposal/general bylaws not followed properly by tenants ie: Some tenants are excessively loud past 11pm to sometimes 3am and the disposal area usually looks like a dumpsite. -1 star Rent is the cheapest in Ottawa. 3 stars
