This gas station is right off the exit to Bronson Avenue so it is really convenient to get gas here. The location is easy to maneuver your vehicle around and has quite a large lot for parking and such. Staff is always polite and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. I like that there is a quickie store here and as well as a Tim Hortons. Having the convenience of buying snacks or a delicious hot coffee is nice. The prices for gas at this location seems to be competitive for the centre town/ downtown core.
I understand that covid restrictions are in place so I asked the man at the counter to authorize pump 5 and placed the money on the counter because he was concerned with me not having a mask on... He refused to authorize even after my daughter went back wearing her mask so we had to go to. Different gas station
I love this place because they always provide the best prices. I don't enjoy some of the lazy thinking that goes into addressing issues... They kinda leave it to the customer to figure out how to address issues when pumps arent working rather than putting up signs with clear instructions.
Pretty bad service, fraud at the pump, doubtful transaction, hostile employee, equipment worn and disgustingly dirty. I.spoke to the owner at Drummond's headquarters, and the lady acknowledged the situation. In the conversation, I was.told that the station is.rented.out to.Quickie (bad, indeed!), however, this shouldn't be as unfortunate as it was stated to me. You guys better do something about that. I haven't changed my mind after this call, just to add a suspicion that pump #3 would shortchange you.
