I have been coming to this dollar store for several years. It has been under new management over the last few months and I have noticed welcomed changes. The stock and the variety of new items has tripled... The shelves are much better organized, and there have been significant changes in staff that have resulted in a more pleasant 'vibe', which I find a plus for a dollar store..

You can buy most of products from 1.25 to 4 canadian doller. The shop located very central in Ottawa. I bought my handcreame and sone maple cookies for souvenir here.
Quality is not there but it's ok. Convenient !
Very hard to distance inside. When I was there, it seemed like there was too many people in the store with no one monitoring the count. That said, the two staff members I saw were working the tills efficiently.
The worst Dollarama in last 4 years definitely. Cashier lady was rude on Tuesday 25th of February at 6:58pm. 20 percent of the shelves were empty, there's no chocolates and other wafers and the rest like in all dollaramas. Less products for sure. Today is 25th of February and I just finished this package of Wagon Weels that is expired on the 04th of February. I feel sick a bit and after 20 min I feel a puke taste.
