Dollar it reluctantly do refunds and exchanges but give customers a hard time. Purchased some faulty products there. Had a difficult time exchanging the products. The owners wife had to call him and talked to him for several minutes before he came to the cash register to argue with us and try to convince us to keep the faulty products we were unhappy with. He agreed to the exchange but minutes later he tracked us down in his store to try to argue that an exchange wasn't necessary and then argued again with us at the cash. We shop here all the time so you would think he would be happy to exchange and keep our business. The last time we were there we spent 85.00. The prices here are higher than Dollarama and other dollar stores and they happily exchange with no problems. Bottom line poor customer service.
This store is so convenient and often has a more unique variety than Dollarama. The owners are really friendly and helpful as well, and the best part is the lack of line ups!
Great staff. Nice Owner...its like a mini Walmart.
I love this store! The staff are amazing and they let me take my dog, Chico in with me. He's my anxiety service dog;but some stores won't allow it
