We have hired Denys Builds Designs to work on numerous projects over the last 7 years. Whether it was to rebuild the front porch of our 110-year-old house, design and build the perfect pantry for our kitchen, or more recently last summer build a new deck for our backyard, just to name a few projects, we were always completely satisfied. For this last project (the deck), we started the process with some ideas that we brought to Paul who would have nice ideas to improve the design and suggestions for the best material and techniques to use. The craftmanship of Paul and Adam is impeccable. Paul is also very knowledgeable about building science, it is very pleasant to discuss with him.
Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with during a major renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. I really appreciated dealing with Paul due to his extensive knowledge of design/aesthetics in addition to the incredible body of knowledge and hands-on experience in construction. I truly believe this is why our project and work was so successful. I should also mention that Paul was one of the few people in the industry who really understands older homes, older spaces, and doing more with less. My wife and I love the size and scale of our original home and really wanted to work with someone who understands this and doesn't always think extending and building bigger spaces is the solution for everything. Even several years after the work has completed, Paul has kept in touch with us and the quality of workmanship and timelessness of the overall design speaks for itself! I certainly endorse and recommend the work of Denys Builds Designs for any type of renovation, big or small.
