The staff here are all really great, I highly recommend making this your go to stop for anything card-games or tabletop related. They also have a website where you can order your goods from. They have a huge selection of products, perfect for anyone and they would host a lot of awesome events before covid hit but still look to host smaller tournaments even despite it. Thanks for being my favourite place to stop and get cards and books, even getting me into Magic.

Bought a champions path boxset. Was told cash only so didn't think much maybe terminals were down, never got a receipt. I went to work 5 min away, opened the box that has looked odly wrapped. I Opened it anyways thinking I was overthinking. I was missing a booster pack and all the packages looked tampered with. Called back right away to ask what they can do to help. Told me I was on my own and I had to contact pokemon company. Had to ask for a printed receipt since they didn't give me one. Upon going back to get it I asked for further assistance in just a straight up refund and was refused. Guy called manager who once again told me to deal with it on my own. Guy told me there was none left to exchange and he couldn't refund, however website still shows I can pick one up in store. I understand customer service and policies but definitely did not care to assist or seemed bothered to want to help. Name on receipt was Alexander St Louis.
