Due to COVID all my paperwork has been delayed by weeks, even months at times. I had to get one last document authenticated and called a few companies. The team was extremely helpful, they offered very reassuring and personal attention, and made everything so clear and easy for me. And not to forget: a very quick outcome (as promised) and transparency throughout the process. Before coming in contact with them (I was speaking mostly with Michael and also got a very helpful hand from his colleague Matthew), I was overwhelmed with a deadline and discouragement towards the time it would have taken to get a stamp (authentication) from Global Affairs on my own. If I hadn’t found out about this service, who knows how long I would still be waiting and I wouldn’t have made it on time for my deadline to complete a Working Visa within the following days. I almost wish I had more documents to have legalized in the future so that I could continue working with them (basically, I am just very thankful for their service).

I recently sold a property in Hawaii and because of travel restrictions was unable to attend the closing. The documents had to be notarized in Canada first, then sent to the Department of Global Affairs and then to the US Embassy for their notarization. Capital Authentication was recommended to me by MNP accounting and I was very impressed by Michael's doggedness and determination to push this through with his contacts even though both the Department of Global Affairs and the US Embassy are only open 2 days a week. Even more impressive as this was achieved from my home in Alberta. As I write this the documents are on the way to Hawaii and are expected to arrive on time. Thanks for an excellent job Michael!
